It is from 6.30 p.m. that the public is greeted on the site of the village by volunteers in costumes for a dive into the Middle Ages of Aquitaine. From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., a variety of activities are offered.
From the entrance, on the stage of the fort, the spectator attends scenes, demonstrations of fights and traditional dances in which he can participate. A little further on, craftsmen are waiting for him to present their know-how and make him discover their products. Just before, he can stop in front of the enclosure of farm animals which always delight children.
The public can also go behind the scenes, attend a conference, participate in a Murder Party or even go for a pony ride. Wooden games made by some of our volunteers are also made available to the delight of young and old.
Children can still practice crossbow shooting at the stopper stand. For adults who have kept their child's soul, the stand next door offers the same with "real" crossbows! The winegrowers of the appellation "Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux" will be present as every year to present their wines.
The tables scattered around the site, at a good distance from each other, allow you to share a picnic in the best conditions. Everyone can bring their own basket or be served at the various food and drink stands. The "Medieval Village" is a friendly and family place where everything is done to ensure that everyone has a good time.
